Our service

Suvira Immigration Consultants provides professional immigration consultancy services including profile assessment, documentation guidance, application filing support, and post-landing assistance. We are a consultancy firm not a law firm and not legal representatives.

Payment terms

All service fees are confirmed in writing before any agreement is signed. We operate on a milestone-based payment structure you pay as your application progresses. Zero hidden charges. GST invoices provided for all payments.

No guarantee of visa approval

Visa and PR approvals are granted solely by the relevant government authorities (IRCC Canada, Australian Department of Home Affairs, German Federal Foreign Office, UK Home Office). Suvira Immigration cannot guarantee any visa outcome. Results depend on government processing, policy changes, and individual applicant eligibility.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout the process. Suvira Immigration is not liable for outcomes arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Confidentiality

All client information shared with Suvira Immigration is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
